Assalamua'laikum

okay. it has been ages i haven't updated this blog. hyhy. ups. alright. I just want to share with you guys that I am now a master student for Master of Engineering. My major is chemical engineering. okay macam karangan budak shekolah. hehe.

Actually i am enjoying my time here in KK. Master is not that hard as usual people keep complaining about it. For me previously, i also did not want to take master. Because i tak nak continue. But then kan, i found my interest during my final year project. Then i become more interested with research. there are also some of my friends who continue study abroad. depends on you. where there is chance just do it :) But do what you like not because u want to meet others requirement,dreams or expectations. For me in everything i do, i do it because i like it and certain what i wana do. I ada satu prinsip, do what i like and happy about it irregardless of what other people expectations.

Then to all, i always make doa so that Allah grant my wishes and show me His way and guide either this is correct or not. I am grateful that all of my family support my journey start from matrix to degree and now master. the choice either to pursue your study or not depends on u. Just do what you wana do :)

and then, I want to share 13 steps of making your day not gloomy and moody and not productive.

1. Get enough sleeps (8 hours every night)
2. Reduce clutter (means buang mana yang tak patut. make sure your room/house clean and neat)
3. Drink more water
4. Take a walk
5. Break a routine
6. Build a desire to achieve something
7. Find a hobby that u really enjoy
8. See a friend
9. Lose weight
10. Express yourself
11. Don't worry be happy
12. Commit to constant and never ending improvement
13. Don't eat big meals

I have tried all the thirteen steps and it works ! i found my new hobby. I love to jog since it's healthy and fun :) do it with your loved ones so that u wont feel like being forced. okay? till me we meet again. More positive updates :)
